The hotel is situated in a charming location near Aussenalster, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of Hamburg. The rooms feature lovely patios overlooking a beautiful garden with birds serenading guests; however, the steep price for a tiny bathtub was a letdown. The service, despite some distractions, was overall pleasant, although specific requests were not fully met. The dining experience was delightful with an array of fresh fruits and Northern-German specialties. The facilities, including a lush garden and comfortable rooms, added to the enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and very clean with good housekeeping, basic amenities, and a complimentary sparkling water bottle, making them extremely comfortable and clean. The lobby was beautifully furnished, and the breakfast was both great in variety and presented with attention to aesthetic detail, although there was intermittent traffic noise at the front.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a street view and nice amenities like a TV, slippers, and a lovely coffee machine. While the rooms are a bit basic and could benefit from some modernization, the overall stay was pleasant.
